Recently, Wayzim Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Wayzim) has been officially listed as a 2026 Jiangsu Provincial Advanced Intelligent Factory by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu. [1]
The company’s project titled “Intelligent Factory for Smart Logistics Equipment Based on Digital Collaboration” successfully secured its inclusion in the list. This honor marks the provincial authoritative recognition of Wayzim’s sustained practice in intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation.
Centered on Wayzim’s proprietary digital management system, the accredited smart factory deeply integrates digital technologies into the entire lifecycle of R&D, production, and operational management.
It covers seven key links, including factory construction, product R&D, and process design, and encompasses 17 typical scenarios, such as advanced industrial network deployment, CAD product design, and PLM process design, forming a full-process digital system from product design to final delivery.
● Digital R&D to Shorten Product Cycles
The factory has built a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform to enable 3D parametric CAD design, breaking down data silos between R&D and production departments and significantly improving design efficiency and product quality.
● Digital Production for Precise Delivery
Powered by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) operational algorithm, the production system supports the precise calculation and dynamic adjustment of production plans. The overall order delivery cycle has been greatly shortened, and the on-time delivery rate reaches 98%.
● Digital Network Supports Full-domain Connectivity
The integrated cloud-edge-end industrial network architecture supports full interconnection of production line equipment, AGVs, and visual inspection systems. The automation rate of key production processes maintains a leading position in the intelligent logistics equipment manufacturing industry.
● Digital Management Boosts Efficient Collaboration
Wayzim completed the upgrade of its ERP system in 2025, building an integrated business and financial management platform. The upgraded system greatly improves the efficiency of supply chain collaboration and continuously optimizes data accuracy.
