Project footprint: about 3,780 ㎡. Daily sorting volume: 160,000 pcs (8 h). Located in Indonesia, the project handles a massive and continuously growing daily parcel volume, driven by e-commerce expansion. The customer's conventional manual sorting at the Jakarta center can no longer meet demand, plagued by issues such as high labor intensity, rising cost, and error rates. An advanced automated logistics solution is urgently required to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in this rapidly growing market.

The conventional sorting mode cannot keep up with the rapidly growing logistics demands, resulting in significant pressure on the logistics network and hindering business growth.
The increasing parcel volumes force the customer to invest more costs in labor and management, which significantly increases operating costs of the enterprise.
This project uses an innovative design combining conveyor lines with chutes, and further employs a single-layer double-area cross belt sorting system, to create an efficient logistics sorting solution.
Various automated sorting equipment ensures seamless operation from unloading to sorting. It also incorporates intelligent barcode scanning and position detection systems to enable rapid parcel identification and accurate handling, significantly reducing mis-sorts. With full-process task management via WCS and SCADA systems, operational reliability is enhanced while delivering a lean engineering management experience. Compared to traditional manual methods, the system greatly improves efficiency, reduces labor intensity and headcount, and optimizes overall costs.
