High sorting requirements
Under the continuous pressure of many orders, manual sorting only cannot meet the sorting requirements, and the sorting center does not ensure sorting accuracy while maintaining sorting efficiency.
Solution
The project follows the "high-speed sorting system" mode. All parcels are fed onto the infeed conveyor through the belt conveyor, and small parcels are quickly sorted by the high-speed sorting system. All mail types are processed automatically.
Small parcel sorting and parcel collection areas: There is one two-level small parcel cross belt sorting system, with 15 infeed stations and a maximum of 314 discharge points, using a 4-end infeed mode. The total peak processing capacity of the system is 20,000 pph. The system innovatively uses locking pull-out baffles to fully exert the efficiency of the equipment.
