Manual collection of package information is prone to frequent errors and low efficiency, necessitating the introduction of automated equipment to enhance data accuracy and collection efficiency.
The traditional manual sorting process faces efficiency bottlenecks and high operational costs, urgently requiring the introduction of automated intelligent equipment for optimization and upgrades.
The Fast Sorter product can quickly and efficiently measure and sort parcels. Its barcode reading camera can efficiently read various types of barcodes and QR codes on parcels. The volumetric camera can accurately measure the length, width, and height data of the parcel and generate volumetric information, with a measurement accuracy of within ± 10 mm. The Fast Sorter is also equipped with a static scale and digital display instrument, with a weighing accuracy of ± 10 g and complied with LFT/MID certification.
The Fast Sorter has 32 outfeed and destinations and all the destinations can be dynamically configured in the software. The sorting software is able to collect all the parcel information for the data of barcode, weight and dimension and then store them locally or upload to the upper customer server. According to the response from the server, it can sort parcels to the target chute accordingly.
Daily processing capacity can reach 12,000 pcs/day (8 hours)
The introduction of automated equipment optimizes the cost structure by reducing labor dependency, thereby enhancing corporate competitiveness.
The application of automated equipment has significantly improved the overall efficiency of customer data collection.
