Permanent magnet motor drive extends service life and ensures structural stability
As a durable belt sorter, it is driven by a permanent magnet linear motor. The carriers are mounted and secured through chain plates and joint bearings to avoid the mechanical life problem caused by back and forth mechanical fork operations. In terms of design, more than three times the redundancy is reserved for the carrier chain plates and profile strength to ensure the stability of the overall structure.
Modular design features high compatibility
A modular design ensures that sorting modules can be flexibly added or removed as required. This conveyor belt sorting system can sort various parcels with different sizes and shapes, enabling mixed sorting of large and small parcels.
Multi-dimensional visual measurement ensures stable parcel discharge
As part of this automatic sorting conveyor, the visual system and light curtain are configured to detect parcel positions and dynamically adjust sorting parameters for accurate parcel discharge: Measure the length of parcels before discharge, and when the length exceeds the configured length, carriers are grouped to allow the long parcel to be discharged at an angle, to ensure stable discharge.
Energy-saving, stable, and low-noise operation
EVA noise reduction foams/sealing strips are attached to the side of carriers and polyurethane travel wheels are used to reduce the noise of this conveyor sorting machine. According to tests, the noise at the equipment head and tail sections is ≤ 72 dB (A), and the noise at the middle section is ≤ 70 dB (A), meeting international standards.
