The Pivot Wheel Sorter functions as a pop-up wheel sorter and uses a "soft sorting" mode, protecting fragile items while still handling loads of up to 80kg/m². As a stand-alone module, it works in combination with a conveyor and can be installed at nearly any point along the line. Also known as a swivel wheel sorter, it is a key component in any sorter logistics setup - commonly paired with cross belt sorters to remove stacked or oversized parcels, and increasingly used alongside parcel sorting robots in fully automated distribution centers.
