Project Background
This project covers an area of approximately 130,000 ㎡, including a 10,600 ㎡ steel grid platform in the warehouse. Daily sorting volume: up to 7 million pcs. Located in Huai'an District's Modern E-commerce Logistics Park, this project functions as the customer's logistics transfer hub for northern Jiangsu. Its strategic location provides exceptional access to National Highway 233, the Huai'an East Expressway Interchange, and the Huai'an East High-Speed Railway Station, and it provides efficient logistics services to the Yangtze River Delta region and neighboring provinces. As a key node connecting the Yangtze River Delta and the broader Jiangsu region, the completed project is expected to attract logistics and related industries, thereby promoting regional economic growth.

Solution
The project is located on a rectangular site with a U-shaped layout and utilizes a range of automated sorting systems independently developed by Wayzim, including automated sorting systems, automated unloading pivot wheel sorter lines, and double-layer cross belt sorting systems for small parcels.
With a daily processing capacity of up to 7 million parcels, the unloading area comprises 31 mainlines for rough sorting, 22 carrier unloading positions, and multiple conveyor and inspection lines. In the small parcel sorting area, three double-layer cross belt sorting systems operate with fully automated infeed modes to support efficient sorting.
