Located in Thailand, this project was developed for a major local cross-border e-commerce company. Wayzim planned and implemented a fully integrated logistics solution for the customer. The matrix pivot wheel sorting area and double-layer cross belt sorting area serve as the core functional areas, achieving high-throughput parcel sorting capability. The daily parcel processing volume can reach 320,000 pieces, which significantly improves sorting efficiency, meets the customer's needs for intelligent sorting, and supports the rapid growth of express delivery services.

Low manual sorting efficiency
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, conventional manual sorting is inefficient and no longer meets the 
customer′s demands for international express delivery services that involve a wide range of aspects and complex processes.

High sorting costs
Manual sorting efficiency is low and may cause mis-sorting. Mis-sorting leads to secondary sorting, which prolongs processing time and increases logistics costs.

High parcel damage rate
The instability caused by manual sorting increases the possibility of parcel damage during transport. The customer is urgently seeking a more efficient and safer sorting mode to reduce the parcel damage rate and enhance logistics service quality.
Solution

The project combines automated matrix pivot wheel sorting systems with high-speed sorting systems.

The matrix pivot wheel sorting area is equipped with 10 automated pivot wheel sorting lines that perform initial sorting of parcels from the unloading area. The high-speed sorting area includes a double-layer one frame two-carrier cross belt sorter, with a total loop length of 842 m. Small parcels are directed to the upper layer for sorting, while large parcels are handled on the lower layer, enabling simultaneous and efficient sorting of both sizes within a single system.

Supported by systems such as the 3D Bulk Flow Singulators and 2D Bulk Flow Singulators, it achieves full automation and end-to-end integration, covering the entire process from unloading and singulation to sorting and transfer.
